[gradsusr] testing

We updated the OS and hardware and networking of our web server today, which means that cola.gmu.edu, gradsusr.org, wxmaps.org, wx.gmu.edu, and monsoondata.org are now copies of their old selves attached to a new brain. Please let me know if you notice anything amiss.
