How can I generate a spatial correlation map of precipitations from model data and observation of both model data and observation data have differing in resolution, number of grids and coordinates. I have tried to follow GrADS Function: scorr but, it needs the two data sets to have same properties (grids). Then, I tried to interpolate to same grids from http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradfunclterp.html but was ending with a file with entire grid undefined. Also I tried re.gex - A 2D regridding function for GrADS but it could not work.
Please help. I'm using GrADS version 2.2.0 for Centos Linux Core 7
