[gradsusr] Label all contours AND get rid of white rectangle background

Hi GrADS users,

In my plot (see attached), I want the contour labels to NOT have the white
rectangle behind the numbers.  I see online that I can do this using "set
clab masked", but when I do this it does not plot a label for every single
contour (set clab forced), which is what I want.  Does anyone know how I
can both plot all contours and also get rid of the white rectangle
background?
