[gradsusr] Grads for Windows

Hello.
I am a Grads User for Windows. Now the site nomads.ncep.noaa.gov is switching to https encryption and they recommend switching to Grads 2.2 with ssl. But this version does not exist for Windows. Help, please find it or solve this problem.
