[gradsusr] Custom Colorbar Levels

Hello,

I am faced with a problem wherein I need to have a colormap which has a lot
of colors (say 256), but I also want the color bar to only show say about
20 or 30 levels. I will be glad if I can get any direction as to how I go
about doing this.
