gxprint    Cairo    /usr/local/grads-2.2.0/lib/libgxdCairo.so
to
gxprint    Cairo    /usr/local/grads-2.2.0/lib/libgxpCairo.so
in your udpt file. You are pointing to a display plug-in for gxprint.
