[gradsusr] Z levels

Given that ZDEF line, it appears your vertical levels do no correspond to
isobaric surfaces. You should look in your data file for a height or
pressure array to find out what the height or pressure value on each
surface is. If you want fields on isobaric surfaces you will need to
interpolate.
