[gradsusr] Grid file

For writing to nc files try the command sdfwrite. An example is given
below.

'reinit'
'sdfopen uwnd.nc'
'set lat -30 45'
'set lon 30 110'

'set sdfwrite example.nc'
'sdfwrite uwnd'
