[gradsusr] Opening a TIF data format or ctl for MODIS NDVI hdf

Hi everyone

I'm using MODIS dataset, and I had some problems handling with the data
format.
There's a way to open a TIF data in GrADS? or anyone have the descriptor
 file for MODIS MOD13Q1 NDVI 250m?
