[gradsusr] Unknown command: sdfopen

Hello all,

I am running GrADS Config: v2.0.2 little-endian readline printim

I tried to enter the command sdfopen, and the result was 'Unknown command:
sdfopen'.  I ran 'q config' and saw
  o GRIB2 interface DISABLED
  o NetCDF interface DISABLED
  o OPeNDAP gridded data interface DISABLED
  o OPeNDAP station data interface DISABLED
  o HDF4 and HDF5 interfaces DISABLED
  o GeoTIFF and KML/TIFF output DISABLED
  o KML contour output ENABLED
  o Shapefile interface DISABLED
Does NetCDF have to be enabled to run sdfopen?  What would cause sdfopen to
be an unknown command?  All I could find was old information on the web.

GrADS is loaded as a module on my system, so I am not sure how it was
installed, but I could talk to admin to fix the situation so that I can
display netcdf files.
