[gradsusr] Hello everyone, Question about NCEP reanalysis??? (avi kojokro)

Hello All,
Can I calculate area Of a rectangular box but area of land only using
grads? IN ATTACHED figure i would like to calculate area of the red box but
wanna calculate only area of land not ocean.
Please help me with this if it is possible.
