[gradsusr] Hello everyone, Question about NCEP reanalysis??? (avi kojokro)

All,

I've been fighting this one for a while.  The problem is that, as U.S.
Government site, we had to switch to the https protocol.  Redirects
are being given by the server, but some versions of GrADS handle them
and some don't.  The latest version of COLA GrADS works fine.  So,
either update your GrADS or change the protocol to https on all URLs
for the host www.esrl.noaa.gov.
