[gradsusr] Control File (Template) Entire Grid Undefined

Things to consider:
-Since you are using the "^", are you sure the data file is in the same
directory as the directory you're running Grads in?
-Use ncdump -v TG or ncview to verify that the array isn't full of undef
values (which you have set as -1.0E+33 in your control file)
-Is the dimension order in your vars entry correct? What does the full
ncdump -h look like?
-Try setting the valid level of TG to 0 instead of 1
