[gradsusr] Control File (Template) Entire Grid Undefined

Melissa,

I don't think it makes sense to have "options byteswapped" with a netcdf 
file.  Second, since you don't define xdef, ydef, zdef, tdef, I think 
these will need to be defined as longitude,latitude,depth,time in your 
file (the complete output from ncdump -h might help).
