[gradsusr] basemap

1) download ftp://cola.gmu.edu/grads/scripts/grads_mres_ocean.tar.gz
2) untar it
3) open your data, display something
4) set shpopts 15; set line 15 (or whatever color you like)
5) draw shp grads_mres_ocean (it will cover oceans by color 15)

it should work (see attacch)
