[gradsusr] Server issues?

Aloha GrADS,

I have been unable to download Linux 2.1.0. from:
 ftp://cola.gmu.edu/grads/2.1/grads-2.1.0-bin-CentOS5.11-x86_64.tar.gz 
I am receiving a TCP error. 

Is there an issue with the server? Or an alternate site I can try?
