[gradsusr] wgrib usage

Mahakur,
Before taking the step to modify your data files, try using templating in
your control file. You may not even need to perform the grib1 file
modifications if your data files are named appropriately. See
http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/templates.html for more information.
