[gradsusr] hdf file open

You must create a descriptor file for hdf5 data, there is no way to open it with just the ‘sdfopen’ command. The HDF5 group provides plenty of utilities (e.g. h5dump) for accessing the metadata to figure out what to put in the descriptor.
