[gradsusr] Problems with opendap with grads 2.1.1.b0 (Pedro Tildes Gomes)

Please share your error messages; they can be very helpful.
We have been experiencing serious server difficulties at
ESRL/PSD for the past 24 hours or so; that might also explain
your issues.  I currently can't access our TDS via other tools.
