[gradsusr] GRADS Udunits

The udunits.dat file is packaged inside the file ftp://cola.gmu.edu/grads/data2.tar.gz. It doesn’t matter where you put the files in this tar ball, as long as the directory these files are in is named by the environment variable GADDIR.
