[gradsusr] grads on ubuntu 14.04 error

Your ubuntu build is probably not linked with netcdf4, and it probably also has udunits2 — the user-friendly ‘yum’ install feature on ubuntu does not install a user-friendly version of GrADS. Better to download a build from http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/downloads.php and install it yourself.
