[gradsusr] CTL forecast in CMC1 model

The error message indicates you replaced the dtype line with

DTYPE bin

No. You don't need this line at all! Just don't even put any DTYPE entry in
your control file. If you are still seeing an error after doing this, then
there is a disagreement between the dimensions indicated in your control
file and those of the actual data, or some other error (such as a bad
variable name).
