[gradsusr] Assign a value to a grid point before plotting

Hi,

I have a snowfall grid that I can plot just fine.  However, I want to
increase the maximum value in the grid based on reports that did not get
into the creation of the grid file (and they can't at this point).  Is
there a function that will allow me to modify the value at the x,y location
of interest on the grid and then plot this "new" grid?
