[gradsusr] GrADS in Mac (capitan)

Hi Jorge,

First, I think that you should be able to install the Darwin version
from the GrADS download site for OSX El Capitan 10.11 (I am currently
running this version of GrADS on OSX 10.12). However, I don't think
that your problem is due to the version of GrADS, it seems to be about
GrADS locating your scripts directory.

Perhaps it would be helpful to make GADDIR and GASCRP different
directories? On my system I set the following:
export GADDIR="/usr/local/lib/grads/"
GASCRP="/Users/andfried/GrADS_Scripts" (this can be wherever you decide)
