[gradsusr] sdfwrite two variables

The documentation for sdfwrite (http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsdfwrite.html) has some examples at the bottom for how to use the NetCDF Operator ‘ncks’ to merge two variables into a single file after you’ve written them out with sdfwrite.
