[gradsusr] convertion of netCDF file into binary

Hi

I dont know whether it will help you or not, but I just want to share my
experience with TRMM data.
I extract the rainfall data from trmm netcdf file using grads to a simple
text file. Then writing a
fortran code I convert the data to binary format
