[gradsusr] Time Series data

Dear GrADS users,

I have a time series data in a netcdf file from 1979 till 2008. I wanted to
plot it in such a way that at year 1990 and 1995 I want to add a constant
value, let say 0.5 keeping all the other years with their original values.
How can I do that?
