You have a TDEF statement that indicates there are 96 time steps, yet you only provide chsub entries for the first three. I think you are on the right track with using %ch for the DSET entry — it’s not clear at all what the filenaming convention means — so just keep going with:

Have problem reading these files . I have prepared ctl file as below for only 96 files for 2 days as
