[gradsusr] Request for guidance on downloading

I am looking for guidance on how I can download the following model
generated parameters as forecasted by the GFS and NAM for certain lat/long
positions on a daily basis.

Whatever guidance or direction I can receive would be very much
appreciated, as I am not very familiar with the steps needed to accomplish
this.
