[gradsusr] How to use NEXRAD hourly precipitation data?

Hello all,

I would like to use NCDC NEXRAD hourly precipitation data. But I dont know
if i can use this data in grads. Please help me if anyone have used this
data before using grads. Also I would be thankful if anyone can tell how
can convert it in grads format.
