[gradsusr] Cannot Locate Endwhile Statement Error

there at least an error on write:

replace:
'write('GLDAS_MASK_DATA.txt' ,  string ,append)'
with:
rc=write('GLDAS_MASK_DATA.txt' ,  string ,'append')
