[gradsusr] hdf5dump options

Dear GrADS users,

I'm working with HDF5 files and trying to create control files for them.
However, I'm confused as to what options to use with hdf5dump in order to
find the variables, xdef, ydef, and zdef.

Any help would be appreciated.
