[gradsusr] Downloading and configuring wgrib2 and g2ctl

First you have to compile wgrib2 if you don't have it, then you have to download the file g2ctl & use that file to make the control file. (Make sure you have perl installed) 

Then you can follow the steps listed here:

Dear GrADS Users, 

I have a few GRIB2 files I need to convert into control files. I know the process of doing so is different than with GRIB files. I tried to download and follow directions to configure wgrib2 and g2ctl, but I'm not sure where I went wrong. I keep getting the error message 'command not found'. I'm using CentOS for this. Does anyone have any idea how to get GRIB2 files to work with GrADS?
