[gradsusr] Errors for "make" and grads-2.1.0

1. It is probably too old, but it is what I have to work with.
2. I see that it was indeed disabled. I changed it to "yes" in the
configure script but still get the same errors.
3. I'll try that, but for the moment iges.org is unavailable.
Finally, I'll take your advice and try to fix the libc.so.6 error message.
