[gradsusr] Errors for "make" and grads-2.1.0

[Matt Bunkers - NWS Rapid City]

Hi,

I get the following error messages when running the make command for
grads-2.1.0 (the configure command worked fine).  I did a search on the
errors and I seem to have all of the needed software installed.

Has anyone else noticed these errors and found a way around them?
