[gradsusr] Using Grads for MPAS output

Dear Reginaldo,

Thanks a lot for prompt help. However, there are still few problems. I
could generate 3-D file, but not 2-D file (I may be able to sought out the
issue myself locally). Main problem is to read newly formed file "
latlon3d.nc" from GrADS. Can someone suggest a simple method, or any sample
file?
