[gradsusr] New GEFS regional subsets

Hi everyone,

I'd like to start managing the new version of GEFS (0.5º grid), the point
is that I usually use Grib Filter for that kind of downloads, and there's
not a grib filter for that product yet. Grib Filter gives me an easy way to
set regional subsets, which makes easy to download, especially if it's an
ensemble model.

I'd like to ask you if anyone knows such an easy way for downloading
regional subsets of the new version of GEFS.
