[gradsusr] calculating Lifted index

You can look through the script library
<http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/library.html> to see if there is a script
available. If not, the Unified Post Processor from the Developmental
Testbed Center in the USA will calculate it for you:
http://www.dtcenter.org/upp/users/. However, you'd have to write it to text
yourself after it is calculated.
