[gradsusr] GrADS Feedback

Dear Jennifer,
I don't think this forum is non-beneficial to any GrADS users. It truly
helps a lot.

My suggestion is to open a feedback page template where users can provide
their views/ suggestion. It will be more good if you leave some question whose
answers will have choices with a range (low to very high). e.g.
1- How do you fill about this forum (less useful, useful, very useful)
2- Whether your problems has been solved through this forum (within few
hours, with a day, within a week, Not solved)

I may also suggest the following.
How about to open this forum inside the GrADS webpage e.g.
http://academia.stackexchange.com/
