[gradsusr] Overlay Issues with color.gs

Hi,

Is it possible to overlay these two images. I had success using the old 
clevs and ccols for both cloud and precip but when i upgraded the precip 
chart using colour.gs the overlay doesn't work, only the precip shows. 
Script below:
