[gradsusr] Black Lines Surrounding Output

Hi,

Is it possible to remove and/or change the black lines surrounding 
output in open grads. I would prefer the surrounding edges to white but 
not sure how to do this. I think it could have something to do with this 
part of the script but not 100% sure.
