[gradsusr] binary file opening

if you have binary file and its ctl file, you can convert it into netcdf
using CDO as below

cdo -f nc import_binary your_file.ctl output.nc

Hope you are familiar with netcdf file, so you can open using sdfopen
command.

PS. how binary file can be opened without your lon lat etc.?
