Yes, cbarn will still work as before.
Good luck!

Hi Colleen,
Thanks for your promp answer!
If I do that, when I generate the legend bar, for example with cbarn, will it follow a stantard patter?

Hi Felipe,
You can control the levels and colors that you display data with the ‘set clevs’ and ‘set ccols’ commands.(http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsetclevs.html and http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsetccols.html)
Each time you display your data, give the same ‘set clevs’ and ‘set ccols’ commands.
You can also create your own colors with the ‘set rgb’ command.
A handy new color generator is available on http://hclwizard.org/online-creator-eeecon/
There is an export button to generate the GrADS codes for the rgb and ccols once you have the desired color bar.

Good morning, afternoon and evening,
I have been using some climatic models to generate vertical wind profiles. The speed is in meters per second. So far so good.
The problem is, since I am using three different models, and for each, two different months and two different scenarios, the wind varies (as it's to be expected) and the cbarn.gs<http://cbarn.gs/> I am using generates scales using each ones maximum, minimum and interval.
I tried setting up cint, cmax and cmin, but cint only fixes the interval. Cmin and cmax erase everything above or below the set range (they appear blank, not desired).
Is it possible to make a standard scale, that will start, let's say for exemple on 3m/s, each next division by 3m/s (6,9,12...) and the max 15m/s. Independently from the acutal data going to 200m/s, I'd like it to just show a darker color meaning that everything on that color is above 15m/s.
Not sure if I've been clear enough.
Hope to hear from you guys. Good day and thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
