[gradsusr] Shadowed font?

Matt,
I don't think there is an explicit way, but with many things in Grads, you
can trick it into doing something by being creative. Here's an idea: draw
the same string twice, but draw the shadowed part of the text first, offset
from where you will place the main text, and with a different color
(perhaps light gray shadowing for text in black). Just make sure to use the
same text justification, thickness, and size for both the shadow and main
text.
