[gradsusr] Grads Earlier version grads-1.9b4 installing in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Is it possible to install earlier version Grads-1.9b4 in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
I tried for that. Can anyone share the link of the download of earlier
version grads compatible with Ubuntu.  By default, Ubuntu installs Grads
2.0.1.
