[gradsusr] ascii matrix files to grads binary

Hi users!

I have several ascii files with a matrix of 40x40 points (one file by each
time)
The header of each file shows a number of points, UTM max and min XY
coordinates and maximum and minimum value of the variable (header and
footer easily disposable). Files attached.

Now, I have poor programming skills, how can I convert this txt files to
grads binary to plot using GrADS? Can you help me to create a program or
script to do this?
