[gradsusr] WRF restart Longwave radiation scheme issue

Hello,

I am trying to restart WRF using the wrf restart files. It has run fine for
the first 6 months, but it looks like I am having an issue with WRF opening
the long wave radiation schemes. Below is the error message I am getting:

 RESTART run: opening wrfrst_d01_2011-07-03_00:00:00 for reading

I would appreciate any help you may have to offer.
