[gradsusr] sdfwrite time increment

Hi GrADS users,

Is there a way to change the time increment when creating a netcdf file
using sdfwrite?

I'm having problems writing files with a large time increment (e.g. annual
means) with the default increment 'minutes since.' The data write fine, but
there can be 2 types of errors when I open the resulting file using sdfopen:
Sometimes, GrADS gives the error "gadsdf: Time increment too large for
'minutes since' time units attribute."
Other times, GrADS does open the file, but reads the time increment
incorrectly, usually setting 1 year to 13 months instead of 12 months.

Thanks,
Andrew
