[gradsusr] Tropical Cyclones product with Grads

 I share
with you a product that I developed, which mostly uses GrADS for automatic
display, visualization and analysis of tropical cyclone information, issued by
NHC, for each advisory. GrADS its awesome, thanks a lot for share this great
software and for all support, greetings from Mexico.
