[gradsusr] Writing a netcdf in fortran that's readable by grads

I just saw this email and it was helpful.  I had to also put values in for
time.  So I have
"minutes since 2014-12-14 00:00:00" as my time units and the values of time
are
0, 60, 120, 180, etc for my hourly data.
